- Tree nuts, including almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts, pistachios, peanuts, cashews, and their derivatives (e.g., nut oils)
- Sesame derivatives (e.g., paste, oil, etc.)
- Eggs and egg derivatives (e.g., frozen egg yolk, egg white powder, egg protein)
- Poultry
- Fish derivatives (e.g., fish protein and extracts)
- Crustaceans (e.g., crab, crayfish, lobster, prawn, shrimp) or their derivatives
- Mollusks (e.g., snail, mussel, oyster, and similar) or their derivatives
- Soy derivatives (e.g., lecithin, soybean oil, soy protein isolates)
- Celery derivatives
- Lupin (broad bean) derivatives
- Mustard derivatives
- Cereals containing gluten: wheat, rye, barley, oats
- Sulfites (e.g., sulfur dioxide, sodium sulfite, sodium metabisulfite) in amounts greater than 10 mg/kg
