- All knives and equipment within the facility, as well as detachable or fall-risk metal parts, are regularly inspected. Knives are distributed within the facility in a controlled manner.
- All glass, hard plastic, and other breakable materials within the factory are kept under strict control.
- The use of wooden materials, including pallets, is strictly prohibited in production areas. Wooden pallets purchased for shipment purposes are thoroughly checked for durability before being accepted into the facility.
- Foreign objects such as thumbtacks, pins, staples, etc., are strictly forbidden in the production area.
- No jewelry is allowed in the work environment except for wedding bands.
- Wristwatches are not worn.
- Nose rings and ankle bracelets are not worn in the work area.
- Earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and chains are not allowed in the work environment.
- Personal medication is strictly prohibited in the production area.
- All visitors and guests must remove jewelry and wristwatches before entering the production area and store them in locked lockers at the entrance.
- Glasses are weighed before entering and after exiting the production area.
- All employees and visitors are informed of this policy.
- Hair nets and protective clothing are mandatory for everyone entering the facility.
- Every product undergoes belt and table sorting to ensure foreign matter control.
- Certain parts of the facility are equipped with metal detectors calibrated to specific sensitivity levels.
- All products are passed through magnets without exception.
- This policy applies to everyone entering the facility, including all staff (top management included) and visitors.
